There is a reason that farm girls don't do manicures. It's called a lesson in futility. Seriously. I mean, what's the use?? You can't have nails when you're milkin'....you don't want to be worrying about chipping one while you're planting....and for heaven's sake, cleaning out the chicken coop could prove to be disastrous for fancy frenches. So, I refrain. I do paint my toes on occasion. They look really cute....as long as the goat stays off of 'em... ;)
